Compensation
When you refer a new member to XO, the company tracks this referral through a sophisticated and reliable system.
The examples are represented simplistically. We only show commissions at the 3rd or 4th level to show that a great monthly income can be achieved very early in the compensation with a low amount of members in your downline. It is assumed in the examples that two cases of XO Fruit Syrup are purchased by each.(most common as XO Fruit Syrups are a product that anyone in the family can use on a daily basis).
Turnover examples:
Based on XO Fruit Syrups UniLevel method (see compensation pay plan below), each member purchases two cases per month by means of the autoship. The amounts of money are shown in USD, and 1 case is priced at $45.00.
Compensation Examples
EXAMPLE 1
You have introduced 3 new members. (level 1)
These 3 members will also introduce 3 new members each. (level 2)
And those 9 members will also introduce 3 new members each. (level 3)
EXAMPLE 2
Same as example 1 but a level 4.
The 27 members in you 3rd level will also introduce 3 new members.(level 4)
EXAMPLES 3 and 4
Same as EXAMPLE 1 AND 2 but now level 1 has 5 members and each 5 members introduces 5 new members per level. As you can see in Example 4 the extra 2 members per level makes a significant impact on the monthly income.
Now just for fun…If you sign 10 members and each 10 members introduces 10 new members per level…you monthly income at level 3 will be $9495 and this a level 3 only!
There are 9 levels in total and the amount of members per level is unlimited, you can generate copious amounts of residual income.

Power Start Details
Paid 30 Days after signing.
Sign 20 Members within the first 30 days and get a $400 bonus plus an additional 10% commission on all sales without auto ship and an additional 20% commission on all sales with auto ship.
Example Bonus: 40 cases @ $45 = $1800. Your regular commission would be 10% = $180. Your additional 20% commission = $460. Plus your $400 bonus equals $940 in your first month alone.
Personal Volume Levels for Bonuses:
- 1000v = $1000 monthly gross volume sales by your team.
- 5000v = $5000 monthly gross volume sales by your team.
- 20000v = $20000 monthly gross volume sales by your team.
- 50000v – $50000 monthly gross volume sales by your team.
XO at Home Compensation Pay Plan
** Get paid monthly on repeat orders. The more people who order XO Fruit Syrup Mix the more money you earn. As your team of members grow, you get paid on their efforts. You get paid on the entire sales volume of your team.
